Berbere

Berbere is a traditional Ethiopian spice, a complex blend of Chili Peppers, Garlic, Black Cardamom, Rue Leaf/seeds, Bishops Weed, Black Seed, Sacred Basil and Thyme. In addion to cooking with it, It's great for rubbing on meat or veggies before roasting or grilling. Also can be made into paste by mixing it with Olive Oil and served as a spicy dip for meat, vegetables or bread
